Established in February 1991, Cramlington Ford is an independent family owned retail dealer providing a friendly customer focused approach, backed by the leading car manufacturer in the UK. After 22 years of operating, and many changes over the years, we are proud to be the longest established North East Ford Dealer.
The Company is run by family directors Robert Armstrong and Malcolm Dunn, who both have a very much "hands on" approach, backed by a dedicated team, of which they average 12 years length of service with the Company. Our mission is to deliver an honest, relaxed and informed experience, building a long term relationship with our customers in both sales and aftercare.
As a brief insight, Ford Retail Dealers, currently around 200 in the UK, are appointed to operate outside the major towns to offer a much more personal service for the Retail customer and the smaller businesses, rather than the impersonal service than you sometimes receive from some of the larger dealers.
Our staff objective is to provide a friendly customer focused approach to our business, backed by Ford Motor Company, delivering a consistent level of service and satisfaction deriven from thier motor industry qualifications earned from The Ford College in Loughborough.
We have grown over the years to become one of Ford's top 10 Retail Dealers in the UK, supplying, around 280 new cars each year. We also supplied last year over 300 Pre owned vehicles and carry a stock of around 70 new and Used Carsplus the Ford Direct Stock Exchange offering ex-ford vehicles. All of our cars leave fully serviced, not just the recipient of a 60-point check. Nor will you find youself enquiring on cars held in far flung locations or vehicles no longer available.
We have a large 6-car showroom, fully refurbished to Ford Look & Style standards, and have a Comprehensive range of Demonstrator Vehicles available for test drive, from Ka to S-Max. Our sales process is very transparent offering clear pricing and part exchange valuations, offering value for money and a pleasurable purchase experience.
